All energy and is literally stored in the physical body. This energy is part of the subtle
body – the chakras. It either enhances or prohibits our ability to live joyful, free, happy,
healthy and abundant lives.
Blocked or excessive energy causes difficulties in perception, critical thinking, emotional
responses, behavior, health and well-being. Balanced energy promotes clarity, courage,
delight, confidence, love, stability and peace.
The chakras are centers of energy, located on the midline of the body. There are seven
primary chakras; each is associated with a nerve plexus. They influence our mental
health, physical well-being and spiritual evolution. The chakras located on the lower part
of the body are more instinctual by nature (survival, providing for oneself, procreation,
motivation and activation), the upper chakras reflect more our mental activities (self-
expression, creativity, self-reflection, imagination and self-knowledge).
So come join us for some powerful fun energy healing!

and April 15). Take one class or come to all seven!
