- Unconscious thoughts are automatic, reflexive programming stored within the cellular layers of our bodies.
- Conscious thoughts are decisive, aware responses selected to be experienced in this physical world.
Yoga works simultaneous and congruently on all these layers to restore, maintain, elevate and integrate peace and harmony in the Self. It is a unification into higher self; and it is awesome!
