Living Present: How Yoga Works
One Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Training Certification Program

We teach the transformational process of yoga. It’s what we do!
Learn to live present and be all that you can be! Upon completion of the course requirements, students will receive Yoga Alliance Certification. This unique, comprehensive program includes a kick-off workshop event, 26 classroom sessions that meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as weekend immersions, and a fabulous final weekend retreat.
Our next Fall training begins September 28, 2019, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. This kick-off workshop event takes place in the Copeland Room of The Hagley Museum and Library, a nonprofit educational institution in Wilmington, Delaware. Please bring your walking shoes as we will enjoy nature on the 235 acres of beauty along the banks of the Brandywine Creek.

Coursework proceeds with class session work. Each class includes asana, pranayama & meditation practice, lecture, discussion, sharing, experiential learning, accountability and practicum. The weekly classes follow the school calendar so national holidays are recognized as time off.

The training concludes with a weekend retreat at The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. It is the perfect way to conclude our journey work and includes delightful Ayurvedic meals and peaceful accommodations. It’s all included in the tuition. The Himalayan Institute is a non-profit, international organization dedicated to serving humanity through educational, spiritual, and humanitarian programs. The 400-acre campus is nestled in the rolling hills of the Pocono Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania. It is a peaceful refuge from the stress of today’s hectic world and offers the perfect place to study, renew and celebrate our growth.
