One Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Training Certification Program
The 26 week 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program includes 26 classroom sessions, a weekend yoga teacher training intensive, and a fabulous final weekend retreat.

Learn to teach… Upon completion of the course requirements, students will receive Yoga Alliance Certification. This unique, comprehensive program includes a kick-off workshop immersion, 26 classroom sessions, and a fabulous final weekend retreat.
It all begins September 23 & 24, 2017 from 8 am – 6 pm; the kick-off workshop immersion takes place in the Copeland Room of The Hagley Museum and Library, a nonprofit educational institution in Wilmington, Delaware. Please bring your walking shoes as we will enjoy nature on the 235 acres of beauty along the banks of the Brandywine Creek. Address: Hagley Library 298 Buck Rd., Wilmington, DE 19807.
Then 26 class sessions follow; each class includes asana, pranayama & meditation practice, lecture, discussion, sharing, experiential learning and practicum. The weekly classes follow the school calendar so national holidays are recognized as time off.

Wednesday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, Kennett Square, PA with Susan Smith
Friday: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Chadds Ford, PA with Danielle Lindner

The training concludes with a weekend retreat, April 27 – 29, 2018 at The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. Enjoy a weekend away, delightful Ayurvedic meals and peaceful accommodations. It’s all included in the tuition. The Himalayan Institute is a non-profit, international organization dedicated to serving humanity through educational, spiritual, and humanitarian programs. The 400-acre campus is nestled in the rolling hills of the Pocono mountains in northeastern Pennsylvania. Standard: $2,950 (plus required textbooks, approximately $50).

A non-refundable deposit of $500 (required to hold your space) and (7) monthly payments of $350.
Payments will be deducted from the credit card on file at the end of each month beginning in September.
Class size is limited to 12 students and will be filled on first-come basis.
