Living Present: How Yoga Works
One Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Training Certification Program

We teach the transformational process of yoga. It’s what we do!
Learn to live present and be all that you can be! Upon completion of the course requirements, students will receive Yoga Alliance Certification. This unique, comprehensive program includes a kick-off workshop event, 26 classroom sessions that meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as weekend immersions, and a fabulous final weekend retreat.
Our next Fall training begins September 28, 2019, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. This kick-off workshop event takes place in Clayton Hall, University of Delaware. Please bring your walking shoes as we will enjoy some time outside in nature.

Coursework proceeds with class session work. Each class includes asana, pranayama & meditation practice, lecture, discussion, sharing, experiential learning, accountability, practicum and the practices for living yoga. The weekly classes follow the school calendar so national holidays are recognized as time off.

The training concludes with a weekend retreat at the beautiful Capital Retreat Center in Waynesboro, PA. It is the perfect way to conclude our journey work and includes delightful nourishing meals and comfortable accommodations. It’s all included in the tuition.
The Capital Retreat Center is nestled between serene lakes and surrounded by the Appalachian Trail; it is a unique and welcoming first-class facility on a 270 acre campus in the stunning Catoctin Mountains of Pennsylvania.

Important Note: should you enroll in a class and your schedule changes, you are able to switch classes. And should you have to miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes are available.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 (required to hold your space); Plus (7) monthly payments of $350.
Payments will be deducted from the credit card on file at the end of each month beginning in September.
