One Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Training Certification Program

One Yoga is well-known for its outstanding teachers and teaching methodology.

Learn to teach… Upon completion of the course requirements, students will receive Yoga Alliance Certification. This unique, comprehensive program includes a kick-off workshop event, 26 classroom sessions that meet weekly or monthly as weekend immersions, and a fabulous final weekend retreat.
In addition, this year One-Yoga is offering two Special Condensed Summer YTT programs in Dover, De. and Chadds Ford, Pa. These immersion courses offer you the opportunity to study, learn, practice and get certified over the summer. The YTT will conclude with a day long retreat at the Yoga Barn on September 8.
Our traditional Fall training begins September 22 & 23, 2018, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. The kick-off workshop immersion takes place in the Copeland Room of The Hagley Museum and Library, a nonprofit educational institution in Wilmington, Delaware. Please bring your walking shoes as we will enjoy nature on the 235 acres of beauty along the banks of the Brandywine Creek.

Coursework proceeds with 26 class sessions that meet weekly or once a month; each class includes asana, pranayama & meditation practice, lecture, discussion, sharing, experiential learning and practicum. The weekly classes follow the school calendar so national holidays are recognized as time off.

The training concludes with a weekend retreat, April 26 – 28, 2019, at The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. Enjoy a weekend away, delightful Ayurvedic meals and peaceful accommodations. It’s all included in the tuition. The Himalayan Institute is a non-profit, international organization dedicated to serving humanity through educational, spiritual, and humanitarian programs. The 400-acre campus is nestled in the rolling hills of the Pocono Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania. It is a peaceful refuge from the stress of today’s hectic world and offers the perfect place to study, renew and conclude our training.

Standard: $2,950 (plus required textbooks, approximately $50).

A non-refundable deposit of $500 (required to hold your space) and (7) monthly payments of $350.
Payments will be deducted from the credit card on file at the end of each month beginning in September.
