300/500 Hour YTT: Professional Continuing Education (100 CEUs)
Yoga for Health, Wellness and Vibrant Living is a course designed to develop knowledgeable and dedicated yoga teachers, healing practitioners and therapists who are passionate about holistic health in our communities. It includes (8) classes that meet once a month on Sundays from 9:00-5:00.
HWVL provides a comprehensive understanding of the integrated approach to wellness as it relates to illness, injury, imbalance, stress and conditioned habit patterns. Using the tools of Yoga, Ayurveda and Mindfulness, you will learn and create intervention, prevention and maintenance health practices that heal and restore.
This training is one of three modules required to complete One-Yoga’s 300/500 Hour Yoga Instructor Certification Course. Although there are no pre-requisites for this course, knowledge of Yoga / Ayurveda / Therapeutic Counseling is helpful. The coursework presumes a basic understanding and practice of the Eight-Limbed Path of Yoga.

The 2019 – 2020 class dates are: October 13, November 3, December 1, January 12, February 9, March 8 & 22 and May 3.
Tuition: $1,800

This training is one of three modules required for 300/500 hour teacher training certification. These modules can be completed in any order over three years. The designation of 500-RYT (Register Yoga Teacher) is based on certification standards defined by Yoga Alliance. It ensures depth of curriculum, qualified teaching and a consistent approach to teaching methodology and material learned from a qualified RYS (Registered Yoga School).
The designation 500-RYT is a combination of the following:
- Successful completion of a 200 hour yoga teacher training from a qualified RYS
- Successful completion of a 300 hour yoga teacher training from a qualified RYS
- 100 hours of teaching experience
