Finding and Living Your Dharma (FLYD)
”Fulfilling your life’s purpose.”
Finding and Living Your Dharma is a course designed to help each student discover, realize and fulfill their life’s purpose. It includes (8) five and half hour classes that focus on personal and professional development.
FLYD integrates business and life coaching, the spiritual laws of the universe and classical branches of yoga to uncover intrinsic gifts, talents and strengths of each individual. Using this information each student will create a “Life/Business Plan” grounded in love and service.
Although this training is one of three modules required to complete One-Yoga’s 300/500 Hour Yoga Instructor Certification Course, it is way more than that, and applicable to all who are on the journey home to ‘Self’. There are no pre-requisites except a basic understanding of the principles of yoga and an earnest desire to learn and grow.
