Yoga for Health, Wellness & Vibrant Living

Living Your Best Life Just Got Better!

An 8-Class Yoga Life Training Course

Are you ready to take an even deeper dive into yoga, mindfulness, the chakras, energy healing and Ayurveda?

Yoga for Health, Wellness and Vibrant Living (HWVL) is a yoga therapy life training course taught in a safe small group setting. The personal work we do during our time together is truly life-changing. It’s a deep exploration into the intricacies of the mind, body and spirit. We discuss and explore the physical body (how energy shows-up), the biochemistry and physiology of subtle body connections (chakras) and their impact, how the mind creates suffering and healing, and how to re-balance and return to wholeness.

We practice asana (poses) pranayama (breath-work) and meditation embracing mantras, mudras, aroma, sound, color, and art therapy enjoying time in nature and elemental play. You will learn about true integrative wellness and how The Yoga Model of Healing, the Koshas, Reiki (energy healing), nutrition, self-care and the practice of mindfulness work to positively impact your life every single day. And, you will take these tools home with you to enjoy and live the life you are meant to live.

Your vibrant living course includes:

  • 8 small-group classes that meet once a month on Saturdays. During that time you will learn how assess, interpret and develop personalized wellness plans for yourself, clients and students. And you will have the opportunity to use these tools throughout the month and experience the benefits first hand.
  • Hands-on personalized instruction with Susan Smith, Founder of One-Yoga, to help you fine tune your gifts and reap the benefits of health, wellness and elevated positive energy.

Added Benefit: For those interested in completing a 300/500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification or acquiring CEUs (Continuing Education Units), this course is perfect for you. It is one of three modules required to complete One-Yoga’s 300/500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course. Although there are no pre-requisites for this course some knowledge of yoga and mindfulness are recommended. The coursework presumes a basic understanding and practice of the Eight-Limbed Path of Yoga.

You will learn how Yoga, Ayurveda and Mindfulness really work;
you will learn tools for clearing and self-referral healing;
and you will have a blast and feel like a new person!

Here’s what you can expect:

In-depth chakra study: understanding how the energetic body impacts the physical body through conscious and unconscious thought, feeling, movement and conditioned patterns (samskaras and vasanas).

Learn and use assessment tools to facilitate self-referral healing.

Study and practice therapeutic methodologies: functional integrated movement, diet and nutrition, nurturing with nature, the importance of play, gentle, restorative, advanced and therapeutic asana, pranayama, bio-energetics, somatic experience work, EFT, systematic relaxation and meditation.

How and when to use mantras, mudras, and aroma, sound, color and art therapy .
