One-Yoga’s 200 hour yoga training certification program is for everyone wanting to learn how yoga works; it is a practice of becoming aware and conscious, a journey to discovering the truth and learning to live your best life!
Many students come for personal growth, others to become a teacher, and some want to incorporate yogic methodologies into their professions or private practice. It is first and foremost a personal process. In order to learn it, one must experience it, and it is positively transformational.
Yes, you will learn about anatomy, physiology, principles of movement and effects of modern day living on our bodies, minds and souls. You will acquire the skills, tools and experience to teach safe, intuitive, sound, meaningful classes. And, you will learn what it really means “to live yoga – every day”.
This course was designed to educate, inspire and instill lifelong integrative health and wellness practices. It teaches each student how to live according to the eight-limbed path. Principles such as kindness, truthfulness, generosity, moderation, non-possessiveness, purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study and surrender are taught as guidelines for living your yoga both on and off the mat. It is a spiritual path to health, happiness and freedom.
Our 200 hour and 500 hour therapeutic yoga teacher trainings use classical Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative and healing integrative health strategies; the comprehensive progressive course structure helps you stay on the path; and it builds community, friendships and commitment.
Condensed 200 Hour YTT: Winter – Spring Session
This winter we are offering a special condensed version of our renowned 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.
The course will run from January 2 – April 29, 2018.
It includes 16 (5) hour class sessions and (4) full day intensives; each class includes asana, pranayama & meditation practice, lecture, discussion, sharing, experiential learning and practicum.

9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (16) Tuesdays: January 2 – April 24. (No class on 3/27 – Easter Break)
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (4) Saturdays: Jan. 20, Feb. 24, March 17 and April 14
The YTT concludes with a final weekend retreat at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA: April 27 (5:00 p.m.) – 29 (3:00 p.m.)
