An instructional and fluid breath focused class that deepens the connection of mind, body and spirit. The heated setting helps detoxify the body while increasing strength and flexibility. Appropriate for beginning, intermediate and advanced students.
Mondays, 9:15 – 10:15 am

VYR (Vinyasa, Yin & Reiki) Yoga
The VYR is Very Yummy Realness, a perfectly blended class of Vinyasa,Yin & Reiki. The vinyasa portion of the class, cleanses the rubbish and impurities using chakra structured asana to rebuild our foundation. The yummy yin portion of the practice is restorative and nurturing in nature clearing away attachments and holding patterns in the mind, body and spirit. And, Reiki (energy healing) is offered throughout the class to ground each student in the power of love and positive healing touch.
Vinyasa Flow Class
This fun, engaging class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core strengthening. Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. Some experience practicing yoga is helpful. Room is slightly heated.
