21 Day Abundance Practice Challenge
It takes 21 days to install a new habit,
40 days for it to take hold,
100 days to master it, and
1,000 days for it to become second nature.
The 21 Day Abundance Challenge is about installing a new, positive, life-affirming practice.
May 31 – June 20 (Concluding on the Summer Solstice)
The challenge starts Sunday May 31st.
Every day for 21 days we will practice together live via Zoom. AND BY THE WAY: Our live sessions will be recorded so if 6:30 am is just not doable for you, you can practice these sessions on your own. ISN’T THAT AWESOME!
Each session will include:
- “A Centering Thought for the Day”
- Asana Practice
- Guided Meditation
- “Closing Circle: Centering Intention for the Day”
Here’s the schedule:
- Sunday May 31st: Abundance Introduction Session & Practice: 8:00 – 9:30 am
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 60 minute practice, 6:30 – 7:30 am
- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: 30 minute practice, 6:30 – 7:00 am
- Sunday: Day of Rest and/or Practice on your own using our “Video Resource Library”. The Centering Thought for the Day, Asana Practice, Guided Meditation and Closing Circle Intention would be sent to all who registered.
On the Summer Solstice, Saturday June 20th, we will have an Abundance Closing Practice 8:00 – 9:30 am.
All who complete the challenge will receive:
“Abundant Mala Bracelet and Personal Intention Affirmation for Meditation Practice!”
I will mail these out to all who completed the Abundance Challenge.
You can join us for a fire ceremony celebration at my home Saturday June 20th from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. This will be a pot luck event bringing something to share and receiving the gifts from others. My yard has plenty of space and if social distancing is still in effect, we can celebrate together, 6 feet apart.
All of this for just $210.
