An instructional and fluid breath focused class that deepens the connection of mind, body and spirit. The heated setting helps detoxify the body while increasing strength and flexibility. Appropriate for beginning, intermediate and advanced students.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class is flowing style of yoga, linking breath and movement together while encouraging you to surrender to your truest self. All levels welcome. If you are new to practice this is a good place to start.
Vinyasa Yoga (Warm)
This fun, engaging class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core strengthening. Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely. Some experience practicing yoga is helpful. Room is slightly heated.

Aligning the Body, Mind & Spirit
This mindful based movement class focuses on proper alignment of the physical body incorporating mindfulness and breath while connecting to spirit through meditation.
