Hot Flow Yoga
Connect more deeply with your breath, develop alignment, strength and mobility by leaning into poses with a brave heart, and grow your practice.
Each 75-minute class includes:
- Breath work
- Energy specific asana (the physical practice)
- Assists
- Loving healing touch
- Time for reflection
What to bring:
- Yoga mat and small towel
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen
